How to Play Tower Storm
Tower Storm is a PvP Multiplayer Tower Defense game. You can vs your friends or play alongside them against bots or other players.
There are two game boards you can switch between by hitting the "Viewing" button or pressing 'R'. On each game board is a spawn zone where minions are placed, and a game zone where towers are placed. You place your towers on your board to defend your teams castles. You spawn minions in the spawn zone on the opponents board to attack their castles.
The intermediary castles are the initial targets, and each one destroyed will give your teams minions 10% more health. But they do not need to be destroyed to win the game. You only need to destroy the final castle to win the game.
Minions will automatically walk the shortest path to a castle. This might be a castle right in front of it or down a long maze.
Units and Towers
There are 19 towers and 12 minions in the game so far. At the beginning of the game you select two towers and two minions to play with.
Leveling Up
Don't worry, you can unlock more minions and towers by leveling up. Every time you level up you unlock 1 more minion and 1 more tower, and as an added bonus all your minions gain 25% more health.
You can also level up your Towers or Minion Spawn Points so they are stronger or deal more damage. You can find this button after clicking on a Minion Spawn or a Tower:
Once you've leveled up a Tower or Minion Spawn you can see a gold star signifying it's been upgraded. You can also see this on your opponents towers or minions.
Color System
Minions and Towers are one of 5 colors: White, Blue, Black, Red or Green. Some colors are stronger or weaker against others, so pay attention to what your opponent is placing and try and unlock minions that counteract that in some way.
Each color is strong against one other color and weak against one color:
Don't worry too much about colors early game, as low level minions don't have much resistance or weakness to any colors. As minions level up they become much more resistant to one color and much weaker to the other.
